Guwahati News Desk: Guwahati Police seized huge quantities of illegal IMFL in a search operation conducted by Gorchuck Police Station at Pooja Parking at Betkuchi in Guwahati on Friday.
Gorchuck Police seized 20 cartons of Kingfisher Beer as the vehicle from where the illegal IMFL was seized.
A similar incident was reported in Guwahati on Friday after Basistha Police seized 90 bottles of illegal IMFL from Raju Dhaba situated in the National Highway 37. The bottles were recovered from the car which was kept hidden behind the dhaba. Earlier on Thursday, Basistha Police seized 95 bottles of illegal IMFL from two eateries of NH37 from Ganesh Dhaba and Pandit Hotel.
Over the last fortnight, Guwahati Police seized a total of 3,372 bottles and cans of illegal IMFL across the city.
Guwahati Police are completely active across the city to stand against illegal activities.
