Bhaswati Das: On the occasion of Eid Special we would like to share Seviyan Kheer
2. Milk (250ml)
3. Ghee/Oil (1tbsp)
5. Bay leaves(2)
6. Elaichi (3)
7. Almonds/ pista for garnish.
Heat the kadai put ghee/oil. Now add bay leaves and elaichi, then add seviyan, roast it till golden brown(3-4mins approx).
Add milk and boil on high flame. Simmer for 10mins or till done.
Add sugar and cook for 2-3mins.
Now add 1tbsp of gulab jal. Garnish with saffron, almonds or pista.
Serve hot or cold.
