Guwahati News Desk: Petrol price in Guwahati is about to touch Rs 90 per litre after the hike to Rs 89.50 per litre last week.
Hike in fuel prices in the city creates tension among the daily commuters.
Hike of .50 paisa can touch the prices to Rs 90 in coming days. The increasing prices of petrol have a chance to hit in raising the prices of cab fares and other commercials vehicles.
Speaking to on the commuters of Guwahati City, “Increase in petrol price is really worried us now especially people who travel regularly within the city. While as ongoing developing projects in Guwahati like flyovers, road crossing footbridges etc too creates huge traffic in certain places inside the city and hike in fuel prices is a matter we need to worry about”.
