The new road connecting Kamakhya Temple of Nilachal Hills towards Pandu area of Maligaon is trending among explorers.
The soulful scenic beauty and the sunset view is the talk of the town.
The all natural spot turns out to be the perfect place for morning walks.
A residents of Maligaon Aranyanee Gogoi in conversation with Hello Guwahati said, “The new road which is constructed should be used as walking zone during the morning time, as it will bring a good health to the people who love to exercise.”
“But sadly few people are using this place for unhealthy activities as we always encounter youths consuming alcohol. Later they dispose bottles besides the road destroying the beauty of the place”, she added.
Due to curfew and odd-even implementation, residents of other parts of Guwahati could not visit the spot. However, one can hope that once its all over the spot will be the highest visited destination in the city after Deepor Beel, Gandhi Mandap, Lachit Ghat, Valleyview etc.
