Guwahati News Desk: The Bhangagarh Police arrested a person on charges of medical referral board documents falsification on Tuesday.
The accused have been identified as Ganesh Kalita who has been working in State Dispensary in Kahilipara.
According to the sources, the accused Kalita used to make fake referral letters for medical colleges.
The Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) officials had filed a case against 40 officials engaged in the fake certificate incident as GMCH authority had registered three cases at Bhangagarh Police Station.
The accused has been taken into custody and the interrogation process has already been started by the police officials to find out more people related to the fake medical referral letters incident.
