Guwahati News Desk: The Kamrup Metro District Administration (KMDA) has notified the Axom Jatiya Vidyalaya of Noonmati and NPS International School of Betkuchi to closed down after teachers and students tested positive for COVID-19.
It was immediately notified to the school administration to closed down schools for the next seven days.
On Monday, Assam reported 1,367 COVID-19 positive cases which leads to 6,316 active cases in the state as Guwahati city reported fresh 482 new positive cases.
