Guwahati News Desk: Government of Assam have awarded 22,245 girl students with Dr Banikanta Kakati Merit Award.
A scooter was given to each girl students of Kamrup and Kamrup Metro who secured 1st division in Higher Secondary Examination.
The award was handed over by Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal.
