Guwahati News Desk: Security Forces in a joint operation with Assam Police apprehended four cadres of All Adivasi National Liberation Army (AANLA) from Gharialdubi of Karbi Anglong District in Assam on Thursday.
The joint operation was conducted on a specific input by Security Forces with Assam Police and successfully apprehended four cadres of AANLA. The officials recovered 22 Rifles, one 9mm pistol with a magazine, two-point 22 pistols with magazines, two hand grenades, and five rounds of point 22 Rifles from the spot.
According to the sources, the apprehended cadres have been handed over to Bokajan Police of Karbi Anglong district including recovery items. An FIR has also been registered and police officials immediately started a further investigation to find out more links.
