Guwahati News Desk: All Assam Students Union (AASU) of Raha unit took out a massive bike rally in Raha demanding the scrapping of the Citizen Amendment Act (CAA) 2019 on Saturday.
The protestors came out with flags and placards of their organization. The bike rally started from Bordoloi High School premise covering several kilometres in Raha town.
The bike rally was flagged off by the Vice President of All Assam Students Union (AASU) of Nagaon district Pankaj Bora.
Education secretary, Sanjoy Kumar Kakati of AASU Nagaon and Raha unit leaders have participated in the bike rally.
During the rally, demands were made for the withdrawal of CAA 2019 by the BJP led government.
