Guwahati News Desk: Active COVID-19 cases in Assam reaches below three thousand on Sunday.
On Sunday, Assam reported 193 fresh COVID-19 cases as active cases reaches 2,839. The positivity rate reached 0.64 per cent.
Kamrup Metro reported 103 COVID-19 cases following by Jorhat with 21 cases, Cachar with 9 cases, and Nagaon with 7 cases.
The health officials conducted 30,035 COVID-19 tests in the last 24 hours.
The recovery rate of Assam rises to 98.33 per cent as total recoveries in the State have reached 5,92,838.
In increasing recovery rate in Assam has led the administration to extend the curfew timing in the State. In Assam, the COVID-19 situation is currently under control.
