Guwahati News Desk: Annual General Meeting of Assam Olympic Association 2020 held at Deshbhakta Tarun Ram Phukan (DTRP) Indoor Stadium at Nehru Stadium in Guwahati on Saturday.
Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal, Cabinet Minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya along with other Ministers and officials were present in the event. In the meeting, it was discussed about the State team for upcoming National Games scheduled to be held in Goa, Grassroot Olympic etc.
Grassroot Olympic is a mission to hunt talent by identifying and groom their sports talent for the State which was earlier launched by Assam CM.
The official’s website of the Assam Olympic Association was launched in the meeting by CM.
