Guwahati News Desk: Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma called off former Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal and current MLA of Majuli constituency to have a fruitful interaction in Guwahati on Wednesday morning.
MLA Sarbananda Sonowal said post interaction, “I would like to congratulate Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on assuming charge as the Chief Minister of Assam. I am sure that the newly formed government will carry forward the growth story that we initiated under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
Whereas CM Sarma tweets on the accounts as, “Today I took all my Cabinet colleagues to meet Sri @sarbanandsonwal in order to seek his blessings & guidance. He was generous as usual, and other than giving us invaluable tips, he also offered us a sumptuous breakfast. We shall continue to count on his counselling & inputs”.
