Guwahati News Desk: Chief Minister of Assam receives 2nd Interim Dividend cheque of Rs 95.63 crore for 2021-2022 of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) from Managing Director BJ Phukan.
During the occasion Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary, NRL Director of Finance Indranil Mitra and other senior officials of the company were present.
In the immense potential of petroleum sector Assam government has already increased it’s stake in NRL to 26 per cent. The historic Assam Accord, NRL is the engine of industrial growth in the country and our Govt is committed to its expansion.
CM Sarma tweeted, “Glad to receive 2nd Interim Dividend cheque of ₹95.63 cr for 2021-22 of NRL from MD i/c Shri BJ Phukan. Cabinet colleague Shri @cmpatowary, NRL Director (Finance) Shri Indranil Mittra and other senior officials of the company were present on the occasion.”
