Guwahati News Desk: Assam police stand up on top 3 among all the Indian states and union territories in the list of Smart Policing index 2021 released by the Indian police foundation earlier this week.

Assam’s score on perception score of police press of responsiveness is 8.09 and perception score of helpful and friendly policing is 7.92. In perception score of technology adoption Assam deeps to the 8 spot. with 7.37.
The survey was conducted in an analysis of a total sample size of 1,61,192; a total samples 1,03,637 were obtained online and the rest were collected physically from the field
