Guwahati News Desk: Vinod Kumar Singh(55), minister of backward and extremely backward class welfare died at a hospital today, due to coronavirus complications.
Singh was a BJP MLA from Pranpur constituency in Katihar.
He was survived by his wife and two daughters.
Singh tested positive on June 28 and later recovered.
