Guwahati News Desk: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Manish Sukla was shot dead near North Kolkata on Sunday evening.
At the time he was killed he was speaking to local party workers near a police station.
The BJP party has called bandh in the Barrackpore area for 12 hours today as the party blamed the ruling Trinamool Congress for the incident.
The ruling has denied the charge given by BJP.
