Guwahati News Desk: Bollywood actor Urmila Matondkar turned politician likely to join Shiv Sena on Tuesday.
According to the MP and Chief Spokesperson of Shiv Sena Sanjay Raut, actor Matondkar will be holding a press conferencing at 4 pm today and will officially make an announcement about joining Shiv Sena.
The Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray said on Sunday that Matondkar will join the party in presence of the CM.
According to the sources, Matondkar along with 11 other names was sent to the Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari for the nomination to the Legislative Council from the governor’s quota.
