Guwahati News Desk: Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananda Sonowal laid the foundation stone of the Welcome Gate of Assam at historic Howly town in Barpeta district of Assam today.
The welcome gate will be constructed by the Assam Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (ATDC) worth Rs 40 lakh.
