Guwahati News Desk: New 2869 COVID-19 positive cases were reported as active cases reach 31,628 on Tuesday.

Today, 1,52,720 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the State and 37 people died.

Kamrup Metro alone reported 198 new positive cases with 4 death.

Whereas Cachar reported 172 new cases, Golaghat with 227 cases and Dibrugarh with 193 cases as the positivity rate of the state reached 1.88 per cent.

2,482 people recovered from COVID-19 as the recovery rate reaches 92.37 per cent.
