Guwahati News Desk : Crimes against members of the Schedule Tribes and Scheduled Castes saw an increase of over 7 per cent and 26 per cent in the year 2019 compared with the 2018 figures, according to the annual Crime in India 2019 report published by the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) on Wednesday.
