Guwahati News Desk: Former Attorney General of India Soli Sorabjee passes away after getting infected with COVID-19 on Friday morning.
The 91-year-old veteran lawyer was also a Padma Vibhushan awardee who started his legal practice in the year 1953 at the Bombay High Court.
Sorabjee became the Attorney General of India from 1989 to 1990 and then for the second time from 1998 to 2004.
