Guwahati News Desk: The historic Gandhi Mandap situated at pub-sarania hills in Guwahati decked up in all blue today on the occasion of World Children’s Day. Minister of Guwahati Development department Siddhartha Bhattacharya addressed the event.
The ‘Go Blue’ global campaign was a part of UNICEF to raise awareness on child rights and also on the impact of COVID-19 on their lives.
Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) in collaboration with UNICEF took the initiative to decorated the mandap with blue.
