Guwahati News Desk: After suffering from a massive heart attack, popular Kannada movie star Puneeth Rajkumar passes away at the age of 46 on Friday.
According to sources, Puneeth had developed severe chest pain and suffered a heart attack while working out at a gym on Friday morning.
Although he was immediately rushed to Bengaluru’s Vikram Hospital, but his condition had already deteriorated severely when he reached the destination. The actor was then admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the hospital where he breathed his last.
Moreover, after receiving the news of his demise, a large number of fans gathered outside Vikram Hospital to show their love towards the departed soul.
Regarding the actor, he is popularly known as ‘Power Star’ and is one of the biggest stars of Kannada cinema, and a fan favourite. He is also a singer, television presenter and producer.
Furthermore, the star is survived by his wife Ashwini and their two daughters.
