Bhaswati Das: Watermelon is a delicious and refreshing fruit.
It contains 46 calories per cup, it is high in vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B1, B5 & B6, potassium and magnesium.
You can have watermelon like as it is but you can try it as a juice also.
Ingredients:
1. Watermelon (1 cup)
2. Sugar (1-2 tsp)optional
3. Lemon juice (2-3 tsp)
4. Pudina leaves (4-5 leaves)
Method:-
Cut the watermelon into pieces. Now put it in the juicer, add sugar, lemon juice and pudina leaves.
Now mix it all till it becomes smooth. Pour it in a glass. Have it now the yummy and refreshing juice.
For garnish:-
Add ice, pudina leaves and watermelon slice.
