Bhaswati Das, Food Correspondent: Let’s learn how to make Chocolate Souffle a perfect recipe to make for your friends and dear once during hang out at home.
Ingredients:
1. Chocolate – 140grams.
2. Eggs – 4 (seperated).
3. Orange liqueor – 4 tsp (optional).
4. Butter – 4 tsp.
5. Powdered Sugar for dusting.
Method:
1. Preheat oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
2. Grease four souffle moulds with the butter and dust with the powdered sugar.
3. Melt the chocolate in a bowl and whisk till smooth. Add the egg yolks and mix. Now add the orange liqueur, if using and mix.
4. Whip the egg white till it forms soft peaks and fold it into the chocolate mixture.
5. Pour into the greased moulds and bake in the preheated oven for 9 mins.
6. Serve immediately after removing from the oven or else the souffle effect will be lost.
