Bhaswati Das: Papdi Chaat is a popular Indian street snack. Made with crisp fried puris, sweet sour & spicy chutneys, yoghurt & sev. Make your favourite street style yummy chaat at home with my easy recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
1. 13 papdi.
2. 3 tbsp potato (boiled & chopped)
3. 3 tbsp chickpea (boiled)(optional).
4. 3 tbsp onion (finely chopped).
5. 5 tbsp curd (whisked)(optional).
6. 3 tsp green chutney.
7. 3 tsp tamarind chutney.
8. 3 tsp sweet chutney.
9. Pinch of chilli powder.
10. Pinch of cumin powder.
11. Pinch of chaat masala.
12. Pinch of salt.
13. 1 tbsp tomato (finely chopped).
14. 3 tbsp sev.
15. 1 tsp coriander (finely chopped).
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Firstly, in a serving plate take 13 papdi.
2. Top with 3 tbsp of potato(cut into small pieces) and 3 tbsp of chickpea(optional).
3. Also, sprinkle 2 tbsp of chopped onions.
4. Now add 3 tbsp of whisked curd and drizzle over it(optional).
5. further, add 2 tsp of green chutney, 2 tsp of tamarind chutney and 2 tsp of sweet chutney.
6. Sprinkle chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt.
7. Additionally, add 1 tbsp of onion and 1 tbsp of tomato small pieces.
8. Now add 1 tbsp of more curd, 1 tsp green chutney, 1 tsp tamarind chutney and 1 tsp sweet chutney.
9. Top with 3 tbsp sev.
10. Garnish with 1 tsp coriander.
