Guwahati News Desk: MLA of Gossaigaon Majendra Narzary tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday evening.
Narzary was admitted immediately to Kokrajhar RNB Civil Hospital after tested positive.
Later, he was referred to Gauhati Medical College & Hospital (GMCH) in Guwahati at midnight for better treatment.
Active COVID-19 positive cases in Kokrajhar districts have reached 400.
