Guwahati News Desk: Arunachal Pradesh marks no single fresh case of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, reported a senior health department official on Saturday.
The COVID-19 tally hits 16,827 cases in total as no new case has been reported since Friday.
State Surveillance Officer (SSO) Dr Lobsang Jampa claimed that the last two more persons revived from the disease on Friday, making the recoveries in the state touched 16,758.
The Capital Complex Region — comprising Itanagar, Naharlagun, Nirjuli and Banderdewa areas — and West Kameng have the maximum number of active cases at four each, the SSO said.
Arunachal Pradesh currently has 13 active COVID-19 cases, while 56 people have succumbed to the infection so far.
