PhD Scholar’s Dead Body Found From IIT Guwahati Hostel

Guwahati News Desk: The dead body of a research scholar, Prashant Kumar Arukha on suspicion, was recovered in his hostel room at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati on Wednesday, 26 January.
On breaking upon the room by security personnel at the Kapili Hostel of IIT Guwahati, the student’s lifeless body was discovered on the bed. The 25 years old had reportedly not come out of his room for two days. The cause of the death remains unknown and the case is being investigated by the Amingaon Police Station.
