Guwahati News Desk: The prime accused of Sub Inspector exam paper leak, former DIG, PK Dutta after getting arrested today has now been handed over to West Bengal police.
Dutta has been detained at International Indo- Nepal border on the strength of LOC issued by CID, Assam.
He will reach Guwahati by tonight.
