Guwahati News Desk: Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council have signed an MoU with the former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina to set up a cricket academy in the Union Territory on Tuesday.
The contract was signed in presence of Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Manoj Sinha.
