Guwahati News Desk: Ripun Bora has resigned as the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee President post the Assam Assembly elections results were out.
The Rajya Sabha member lost the Gohpur seat to his BJP rival, Utpal Borah with a margin of 29,294 votes.
According to the sources, Bora’s resignation letter has not been accepted by Congress Chief yet.
