Guwahati News Desk: The main road of Hengrabari connecting towards Borbari of VIP Road has been closed down one side due to ongoing construction of water pipeline projects under Guwahati Smart City Project.
The vehicle coming towards Borbari VIP Road from Ganeshguri has been diverted via a bylane which connects VIP Road from Six Mile.
Though the road is open for the vehicle coming from Borbari to Hengrebari.
