Guwahati News Desk: The government of Assam receives 1,80,000 more Covishield vaccine doses from the government of India on Wednesday.
The vaccines arrived for the age group of 45 years and above.
The government of Assam now has a total of 4,37,590 COVID-19 vaccines for the age group of 45 years and above.
Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for supporting the vaccination program organized in Assam.
