Guwahati News Desk: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh visited Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati on Friday to seek blessing.
Later from Kamakhya Temple, Union Minister Rajnath Singh will visit the COVID Hospital which is set up by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in collaboration with the Government of Assam.
Later from Sarusajai, Rajnath Singh will visit Raj Bhavan in Kharghuli hills.
Rajnath Singh visited Assam for two days as Singh inaugurated 12 new roads built by Border Roads Organisation (BRO) in the Arunachal-Assam border at Lakhimpur district on Thursday.
During the inauguration ceremony, Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma and Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu was also present.
