Guwahati News Desk: The illegal parking which has been practised regularly over the Jalukbari flyover by commercial vehicles has created a massive problem for commuters.
Starting from the inter-district bus services, travellers, magic and tempos create huge and unwanted traffic in search of passengers at the flyover as vehicles travelling from Lokhra and Dharapur side has to halt for the illegal stoppages.
The traffic police department of Guwahati along with the administration multiple times had worked on reducing the unwanted stopping of such vehicles but the process seems to be never-ending.
A Guwahati resident commenting on the issue said, “As there is no proper bus stop in Jalukbari for inter-district travels so passengers were seen standing anywhere waiting for vehicles.”
