The calves have undergone a protocol of rehabilitation for two years before they were transferred to Manas Tiger Reserve.

Earlier in 2019, two female calves were rescued from Hatimura of the Biswanath and Kuthuri area. And the male calves were recused from Solmara during the Kaziranga floods.
