Guwahati News Desk: A total of 3,289 new COVID-19 positive cases were reported and 48 people died in the last 24 hours.
Today, 36,135 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the State. Kamrup Metro alone reported 1,346 new positive cases as the active cases tally reaches 36,005.
Whereas Dibrugarh reported 228 new cases, Tinsukia with 148 cases and Kamrup Rural with 137 cases as the positivity rate of the State hit 9.13 per cent.
