Guwahati News Desk: A total of 4,826 new COVID-19 positive cases were reported and 55 people died in the last 24 hours.
Today, 52,074 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the State. Kamrup Metro alone reported 1,383 new positive cases as the active cases tally reaches 29,915.
Whereas Dibrugarh reported 380 new cases, Barpeta with 209 cases and Kamrup Rural with 370 cases as the positivity rate of the State hit 9.27 per cent.
