Guwahati News Desk: The government of Nagaland has issued a notification to the general public of Phek and Kiphire district in Nagaland for the outbreak of the African Swine Flu (ASF) on Tuesday.
The public was requested to remain cautious and urged to report any unusual mortality of domestic pigs.
The administration has also urged the general public and the pig farmers in both the district to control the spread of the disease in the State as it contains highly infectious and contagious hemorrhagic viral disease of pigs and 100 percent fatal which is said to be with no treatment and vaccines.
