Guwahati News Desk: A total of 5,626 new COVID-19 positive cases were reported and 47 people died in the last 24 hours.
Today, 68,318 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the State. Kamrup Metro alone reported 1,551 new positive cases as the active cases tally reaches 34,146.
Whereas Dibrugarh reported 453 new cases, Nagaon with 294 cases and Kamrup Rural with 474 cases as the positivity rate of the State hit 8.24 per cent.
