Guwahati News Desk: Prominent actor Adil Hussain from Assam, has been included in the list of outstanding actors in the Hindi entertainment industry for the year 2021, released by Forbes India.
Hussain received the recognition in the list for his work in the Akshay Kumar starrer Bollywood film ‘Bell Bottom.’
In the article released by Forbes, it said, “He has essayed the role of the chief of the Indian intelligence agency in Bell Bottom and does it like he owns the film.”
It added, “…it is not easy for non-central characters to grab attention. When the central character is essayed by Akshay Kumar, the task becomes tougher. Adil Hussain, however makes that possible.”
It further stated, “His character walks a thin line and Hussain performs it with much elegance.”
Taking to Twitter, Hussain shared the link to the article released by Forbes, with the caption that read as, “Thank you @Forbes for including my name in the list 8 Outstanding performances of 2021.”
Meanwhile, the other Bollywood actors who made it to the list include of Ashutosh Rana, Supriya Pathak, Abhishek Banerjee, Jimmy Shergill, Sikander Kher, Manav Kaul and Amruta Subhash.
