Guwahati News Desk: A total of 3,650 new COVID-19 positive cases were reported and 56 people died in the last 24 hours.
Today, 42,884 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the State. Kamrup Metro alone reported 1,197 new positive cases as the active cases tally reaches 43,337.
Whereas Dibrugarh reported 240 new cases, Cachar with 262 cases and Kamrup Rural with 221 cases as the positivity rate of the State hit 8.51 per cent.
