Guwahati News Desk: Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma has announced that every district will receive Rs 10 lakh from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund during flood in Monsoons.
Deputy Commissioners to receive the fund and will have to be spend on providing help to distressed people which is not covered by the flood manual.
