Guwahati News Desk: Minister of Forest and Environment Minister Parimal Suklabaidiya hold a meeting with the government body of tiger conservation foundations at Aranya Bhawan in Guwahati on Monday.
The meeting took place between the foundations of Kaziranga National Park & Tiger Reserve, Manas National Park and Nameri Tiger Reserve.
The minister informed about the meeting tweeted, “Chaired the governing body meeting of tiger conservation foundations of Kaziranga, Manas & Nameri Tiger Reserves at Aranya Bhawan. Our state has seen unprecedented progress in tiger conservation in recent times & we are progressing hard to take this achievement to the next levels.”
Earlier, Manas National Park & Tiger Reserve bagged the Conservation Excellence Award by Global Tiger Forum.
