Assam Tourism takes steps to increase domestic tourism in the state

Guwahati News Desk: The Assam Tourism Department has announced to increase domestic tourism in the state.

Due to the increasing cases of COVID-19 in the nation, all public tourist places were immediately shut down earlier in March.

Popular tourist places in the state like the Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve, Agnigarh, Cole Park, etc were reopened recently after a couple of months.

The domestic tourist was seen visiting in such places like before. Assam Tourism has taken steps to increase domestic tourists following the opening of tourist spots like wildlife sanctuaries, parks in the State.
