Guwahati News Desk: Hundreds of people came out in a protest against the Maharashtra government for the immediate release of Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami at Rajiv Bhawan in Guwahati on Sunday.
Filmstars, singer, cultural activists, academics joined the protest under Xocheton Nagarik Mancha.
Arnab Goswami who originally hails from Guwahati was arrested by Mumbai Police last Wednesday.
