Guwahati News Desk: Australia on Friday announced a partial opening of their borders for New Zealanders to travel between the neighboring countries. Transport Minister Michael McCormack said that passengers without going into quarantine from October 16 will be allowed to fly to the Australian cities of Sydney and Darwin only when they have spent at least two weeks in parts of New Zealand.
