Guwahati News Desk: The government of Assam has announced that the State board to hold final examinations during the first week of August month.
Both the 10 and 12 classes under the Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) and the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) will organise the final board examination in August amid COVID-19 in the State says, Assam Education Minister Dr Ranoj Pegu on Tuesday.
According to the sources, it was also informed that the State government to complete all the procedures as early as September 5 as it will release notification for the exams within 10 days.
The announcement was made during the Cabinet Meeting held at Janata Bhawan in Dispur in presence of the Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma.
