Guwahati News Desk: A loaded vehicle with sal logs was seized by forest officials at Ambari Khekapara in Goalpara district on Monday.
The sal logs were seized from Dhupdhara beat of Rongjuli Range as four forest personnel detected and seized a Mahindra DI vehicles under the directions of Forest Range Officer of Rongjuli Range Salim Ahmed.
The DI vehicle was seized at around 2 am.
In yet another operation conducted by the Forest Range Officers Goutam Mahanta in Barpeta Road Range in Barpeta district successfully seized six numbers of matured sal logs.
The area falls under Kalgeshia Police Station.
